Andrea ("Andi") M. Maziarz (AM) is an up and coming young mediator. She has a keen sense of the human emotional dynamics underpinning most disputes and a strong ability to utilize appropriate neutral techniques to not only resolve but also to dissolve disputes between parties. She earned BA and Law degrees from Michigan State University. She also holds a masters degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. In December of 2010, she will receive her LLM in ADR from Pepperdine University Law School's renowned Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution. She is also a former HLF ADR JD extern. In that capacity, she helped design HLF’s ADR Pathwayssm to Private Justicesm process. These process improvements represented a significant advancement of HLF's ADR services standards and services delivery systems. They further assured that our processes meet or exceed world class standards, are unsurpassed in the industry, and are delivered in the timely, cost appropriate and just manner expected by HLF service beneficiaries. Biography
Reynolds A. Holmes (RAH2) is responsible for the administration and office management of HLF's ADR neutral cases with special emphasis on complex mediated and arbitrated matters requiring enhanced or customized attention. As the firms intellectual property paralegal, he is also responsible for aiding clients in the procurement of patent, trademark and copyright protection for their inventions and for providing administrative assistance and legal, business and technology research support. He is a cum laude graduate of Yale University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He achieved proficiency in three engineering subspecialties: Solar Engineering, Alternative Energy system design and Green Engineering. He is a trained paralegal and ADR Case Manager.

Biography
Martin E. Sullivan (MS) is the Editor of the HLF's Private Justice Project. He is a graduate of the University Of Southern California Gould School Of Law. While at USC Law, Martin was a member of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program, the Employer Legal Advice Clinic, and the Advanced Mediation Clinic. He is a trained mediator and serves on the Pro Bono Panel for the Los Angeles County Superior Court. After earning an AB in Religion from Duke University in 2004, Martin worked with a major art auction house in New York for several years prior to law school. He is also studying for and will take the California Bar in July 2010.

Biography
Justyn Williams (JW) is HLF's 2010 college summer intern. He provides project implementation support. He is an Environmental Ethics student at the University of Pennsylvania ("PENN"). Justyn is also a graduate of Los Angeles' famed Loyola High School and as a cornerback helped PENN win the '09 Ivy League football championship.
