Availability

Short telephone consultations (15 minutes) are offered as available, free of charge. In person initial consultations (1 hour or longer) may be arranged for a fee. Initial consultations are designed to explore resolution options and assess the ability of the firm and the client and/or the parties to effectively work together for dispute resolution.

Scheduling

There is a number of ways to schedule our services. You can make an appointment:

4. Through the American Arbitration Association (AAA): after initiating contact with AAA, you can request Mr. Reginald A. Holmes as the neutral to assist with the resolution of your dispute.

Short consultations are conducted by phone. 1-hour appointments can be telephonic or in person. Appointments for more than 1 hour are conducted in person.
