The firm employs a flexible Client Task Team (CTT) approach to staffing for the needs of its clients. Once those needs are ascertained, an appropriate team calculated to satisfy those needs is assembled. These teams are assembled from our experienced network of retained, certified and/or allied associates, neutrals, consultants, and related experts. Each CTT is lead by a Holmes Law Firm Professional and can range in size from one to as many as twelve team members and is customized for the needs of the client or parties. The team is responsible for the achievement of the specific client’s objectives and to the broader objective of assuring overall client satisfaction.
