Fees & Compensation

Fees are customized for the nature of the services to be provided. They are designed to be fair to the users of our services, maintain the firm’s superior expertise and service levels and fairly compensate the firm for the value and benefits it provides to clients, parties and attorneys.
We provide one 15-minute free consultation session per matter.

Billing

Minimum billable time is one hour. A non-refundable, administrative filing fee (AFF) is due upon submission of a matter to us. For claim amounts in excess of $7,500.00, an additional case management fee (CMF) shall be assessed based on the amount of the claim or counterclaim in dispute.

The firm has programs that allow for fees to be paid according to a standard or flexible fee schedule.
