The Resolution Support Team (RST) is a group of professionals assembled by The Holmes Law Firm when needed or desired by clients, parties or attorneys. It is based on the individual needs of clients, once their case has been accepted, a resolution approach has been determined and agreed and proceedings are initiated. A typical Resolution Support Team consists of selected members of our experienced network of retained, certified and/or allied associates, neutrals, consultants, and related experts. The RST is lead and directed by The Holmes Law Firm. The individuals selected for a particular RST depend on the client's field of trade, type of dispute, and ADR challenges.
