Tools & Strategy

After consultation with the client, parties or attorneys to a dispute, the appropriate resolution tools are selected and customized. The resolution tool selected could include negotiation, conciliation, arbitration mediation, litigation, facilitation, consultation or any combination thereof. The resolution plan thus engineered is then adopted and implemented to completion.

Team of Experts

Reginald A. Holmes is the firm’s primary neutral and conflict resolution specialist. In addition, the firm employs a flexible Resolution Support Team (RST) approach to staffing to the needs of clients, parties and attorneys.  Once those needs are ascertained, an appropriate team calculated to satisfy those needs is assembled.  These teams are assembled from our experienced network of retained, certified and/or allied associates, neutrals, consultants, and related experts.  Each RST is lead by a Holmes Law Firm professional, consists of two or more team members, and is customized for the needs of the client or parties.  The team is responsible for the achievement of the specific client’s objectives and to the broader objective of assuring overall client satisfaction.
